INSTRUCTOR BACKGROUND
David [Zen] Schrankler is an Instructor of Food Safety, Life Skills & Education Skills - formerly for Madison Area-Urban Ministry's JUST BAKERY PROGRAM.
He is currently the ServSafe Instructor for The F.E.E.D. Kitchens in Madison, Wisconsin and also teaches independently. David specializes in teaching for adults facing barriers to employment (recovering from addiction, criminal records, learning challenges or no GED, ESL, or mental health issues) - many of whom have had difficult school experiences.
David has developed unique teaching methods, games & materials that approach Food Safety in different ways. He adapts his teaching style & speed to meet the student's learning style.
